Our delivery drivers and installers have been furniture professionals for over 40 years.
Careful and expert, they know our furniture perfectly and install it quickly, in the room of your choice.

2 - You choose

In order to respect your availability, we will do our best to find an appointment that suits you. Together, let's plan your appointment. We will then keep you informed by an SMS the day before the delivery day, then by a call before our arrival.

3 - Real-time monitoring

We will keep you informed by a text message in the morning, then by a call 20 to 30 minutes before our arrival.
Geolocate us in real time.

4 - The small spaces expert

We do everything we can to guarantee you optimal delivery.
Most of our products are designed to be disassembled and delivered in several packages to facilitate access to the part of your choice.

5 - All you have to do is enjoy!

After demonstrating the furniture with you, our delivery people leave with all the packaging, clean and efficient.
Now delivered and installed, enjoy your new furniture.

• Floor supplement: No additional fees will be requested until the 4th. From the 5th floor (without elevator) a supplement of €15 per floor and per element will be requested.
• Storage costs: Additional costs are to be expected beyond 15 days of storage in our warehouses: €20/week.
• Elevator Fees: €275 (in Paris and IDF).
• Recovery: The recovery of your old furniture is free under certain conditions (AGEC law):
• The product to be returned must be of the same type and dimensions equivalent to that which will be purchased.
• Before delivery of the purchased product, the customer must dismantle all removable parts of the product and make it accessible to the service provider. This must be done at the place and date of delivery indicated on the delivery note.
• The product must be correctly packaged and grouped ready for collection.
• The product to be returned must not present any danger to the safety or health of the delivery provider.

If all its obligations are not respected, the service provider may refuse the recovery or bill this service according to their price list:

• Repurchase of the old sofa, storage bed, table: €30 in IDF, Marseille or Lyon, €96 in the rest of France excluding Corsica.
• Repurchase of the old sofa + armchair: €45 in IDF, Marseille or Lyon, €96 in the rest of France excluding Corsica.
• Repurchase of the old corner sofa: €60 in IDF, Marseille or Lyon, €96 in the rest of France excluding Corsica.
