What type of mattress to choose for a BZ?

What density for your BZ mattress?
The density of the chosen mattress, whatever its technology, must adapt to the use you make of your convertible sofa. The lower the density, the less supportive the mattress provides. Your body sinks deeper and the quality of the night suffers. The range of simple foam mattresses does not exceed 28 kg/m3 , which is sufficient for occasional use . For more regular, or even daily, sleeping , the density must exceed 30 to 35 kg/m3 for a polyurethane foam or high resilience mattress, and more than 60 kg/m3 for a latex mattress. With the latter, your bedding is optimal.
